INTERIOR DESIGN STATEMENT My goal is to assist you with your interior and exterior design enhancements, by introducing options that perhaps you did not know exist. Our Project management include: a personalized Master Plan encompassing a comprehensive overview of concepts and bottom line project totals; allowing comfort in scheduling a one-step project or a multi-phased endeavor. Other options include: a retainer, flat fee or do-it-yourself guide. I will work in whatever capacity that best suits your goals, budgets and property investments. My international design experience originated in Pennsylvania in 1977 and encompassed varied size projects. From the Main Line of Philadelphia to New York City, Boca Raton, Florida; Orange County California (featured designer for both the 1998/99 Philharmonic House of Design in Southern California); to Athens, Greece... then back to the east coast, I now work primarily in Manhattan and East Hampton, New York and historic Llewellyn Park and other areas of northern New Jersey. I look forward to your design/budget challenges and the rewards of serving you well. PHASE I
■ 1st Hour Complimentary, preview portfolio, prospective client input/color identification, overview of Agreement Terms
PHASE II
■ 2-Hour (minimum per session) consulting only for a Do-It-Yourself Guide (payment due at session completion) at the hourly fee of $100 per hour Or
■ MASTER PLAN quote with a 50% deposit to initiate a project and (balance upon presentation)
PHASE III
■ CONTRACT coordination of purchases/services upon selection of items presented as part of the Master Plan
